Why BC&CO?

BC&CO create natural body products from locally sourced organic and natural ingredients. With regular use it will only take a few weeks to see an improvement in your skin.

 

How should I store my body scrubs?

Store your scrub in  the container they come in, put them in a cool dry, place between scrubs. If you scrub gets a bit of water in it, don't worry it will dry out between scrubs. Ensure the jar is sealed securely between scrubs.

How often should I scrub?

BC&CO scrubs are best used 2-3 times a week. It is perfect for preparing your skin before you tan and removing your old fake tan before you tan again.

What is the shelf life of the scrubs?

BC&CO products are made from natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. All our jars are heat sealed so unopened they will store for up to 12 months. Opened jars should be used within 3 months of opening.

I have sensitive skin can I use your scrubs?

When using a new product we recommend you do a patch test first. All the ingredients are listed on the products and some of our scrubs contain nuts. If you have allergies please use common sense. Some people with sensitive skin have had great results from our products.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia we offer shipping for a flat rate of $5.95. If your order is over $60 then shipping is free.

International shipping is $18.95 and again if your order is over $60 then its free.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched the next business day after you place your order unless the product is out of stock. Within Australia your products should be with you in just a few days, for International this can take up a few weeks.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed the tracking

number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we're unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

Returns and Refunds

You can get a refund for any product if it returned within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it in, in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
